Literary and cultural works by persons of Latin American descent living in the U.S.A., though often identifying by nationality (Mexican, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Colombian, Cuban, Honduran, Guatemala) or region (Borderlands, Southwest, Nuyorican, Caribbean). Particular focus on a pan-ethnic Latinx identity encompassing diverse national groups as opposed to racial, class, historical, political, religious and other distinctions.
