The perspectives of the course are those of modern literary and historical criticism in a secular context. Instructors may choose to focus on the Old or the New Testament. NOTE: Non-majors/minors who wish to take this course should see an English advisor for permission PREREQ: Declared English Major/Minor or Religious Studies Minor
