Emphasis on the school as a sociocultural institution: issues of equity and bias, and the contributions of the major racial and ethnic groups, especially in the multicultural schools of New York City. Presentation of relevant technology and software; special student populations included. NOTE: requires 20 hours of supervised fieldwork.
