After declaring their content majors, students may add the Middle and High School Education Minor. The minor is open to all Lehman students. The minor consists of four courses: ESC 201, course, course, and a fourth ESC course chosen in consultation with the education adviser. Students may graduate with the minor or they can declare the Adolescent Education major to earn the Initial Certificate to teach in New York State if they maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in their records.
